We hired him to install new tile on our inground pool based on the reference from our pool service company. He and the crew kept to their schedule and completed the job so we could use the pool for Memorial Day. I was not happy that he said he needed to "add extras" onto the original contract. We used the pool for 2 summers & at the end of the 2nd summer we noticed the caulking was failing & water was getting behind the tiles. We tried numerous times (I mean ALOT) to try to get them to come back out and honor the "warranty". He finally showed up in the fall but had the wrong caulk, so he tore out the old caulking and left. We closed up the pool, and this spring we have been calling to try to get him to come out and fix the caulk (a 20 minute job) and he hasn't returned any of our numerous calls. The bottom line is that if you are relying on this company to honor any warranty you can forget it.
