called the office to set up an appointment for an estimate. I was told they would be out in two days about 9 AM. They did not show up until after 2PM. They said they would be back in three days to do the work (minor repair to the roof). They did not show up or call. We called the office the next day left a message did not hear back. Waited two days and called again the said they could come out in two days. Waited again, no show no call. Called the office again was told they could be back Friday morning. It is now 2:30PM Friday. still no show or call. Verified our name, address and phone number with each conversation. Very disappointed with the lack of respect shown to potential customers
