DO NOT HIRE DAN GOODMAN of Goodman construction. My home burnt down in May of 2019. We hired Dan after being referred to him. He seemed very well put together in the beginning. I have never had to do this before so I was unaware I had to validate his license. He has not done any work in 3 months, is not responding to our calls, texts. He has $90,000 of ours. He has billed me for things that he hasn’t done, like concrete, permits and so on. We just found out the he hasn’t been licensed since 2018. My daughter and I have suffered a great loss, losing 3 dogs in the fire, my at home business and are now displaced from our home for who knows how long. We have to find different living situations other then the hotel and camper that we have been living in. I now have to figure out how to pay for my mortgage and a rental property to live in as the insurance company can only help us with living expenses till March 2020.. We are completely shocked and discussed that Dan can take advantage of a single mother and her daughter.
