    Worst experience in working with a contractor. Sub par materials. Shoddy workmanship. Quit project and did not return funds paid. Stay far away. Repeated lies - overpromises and under delivers.

    Do not use Todd Goodrum! Under qualified not construction skills. I think he hires his workers from out front of home depot. Complete nightmare never accomplished anything roof leaked worse than before his 2 person crew showed up. Never on schedule sub par materials used and unskilled workers. I would give 0 stars if I could.

    DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!
    Todd Goodrum was a nightmare from day one. Despite his promise to send a full crew for our job he sent one worker with a shovel to excavate 2000 Sq foot foundation. He was a month behind schedule so we were forced to take on part of the work ourselves to stay on track.
    His workers needed to borrow my tools on the day they poured concrete because T.Goodrum did not supply any. Foundation was poured improperly (out of square and not to spec.) He charged for work that was never completed. 6 weeks into construction he attempted to "clarify" the bid to exclude a large section of the foundations. When we refused to agree he left the job-site and late claimed he had left 20K in materials in tools behind.
