Jose, the owner, has been promising to finish a retaining wall since April 5th. He built it once, but apparently didn't think it needed proper footings or drainage (which we were told would be done) and it stood for a total of 4 (four) days before collapsing in the alley. He was also hired at the time to pour a new driveway and promised 10 day tear out and completion. After repeated attempts to get him back over here, he showed up with a bobcat, pushed all the fallen block into a HUGE pile in the alley. He agreed to rebuild the wall properly at no labor cost, but has yet to complete a single tier. As for the driveway, it is still unpoured, I now have trees growing in it. I realize we've had a wet spring, but, we've also had several great weather days. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I'm considering a lawsuit to try to recoup some of the cost I'm out. Beware.....this man will pee down your leg and tell you it's raining. If there was a negative star I would give it to him, but I feel even 1 star is more than he deserves.
