Beware of this man, he's a crook. We agreed on a price of $1000 to complete a job. He asked for $300 to get started (materials cost) which was promptly paid to begin work. He spent 2 hours on the job doing prep work and never returned. First he was quarantined, next he had COVID, finally he said be busted his knee and is no longer doing painting. A handshake deal means nothing to this man. He completely ghosted me, wouldn't answer his phone or return messages. I finally reached him by calling from different numbers and he said HE was calling it even for the time he spent and refused to return any of the money I put down.
