His outstanding craftsmanship in renovating what we thought was our forever home contributed greatly to our home selling in under 3 weeks when life intervened to have us move to the Chicago area. He even responded in the same day to an emergency repair when our pipes had some leaks from a previous contractor on the day of a showing. Highest and most enthusiastic recommendation!

Mike did a great job on a bathroom remodel job. My partner and I live in an old house in Ann Arbor--not the easiest house to do work in. Mike subbed out the plumbing work to Horton Plumbing, and he had Derek Hane come in to do the tiles. Mike and his colleagues were courteous and professional throughout and the bathroom looks great. We are pleased!
