This contractor is very moody and will eventually be condescending to you. He may or may not finish the work depending on if he needs money. He never finished our project, because he kept wanting more money and then the final payment before he was even done. That was not the agreement, final payment upon completion. It took three times longer than quoted for what we did receive. The attention to detail is not there and painting was sloppy. Make sure you ask for 'real' references. You will find that most jobs don't get completed.
