I would definitely recommend to a friend. Russ was very accommodating and extremely efficient with his work. Anytime we needed to make a change, or had any questions. Russ was always willing to bring us in for a meeting and discuss in detail.Only thing that bothered me a little sometimes, is I would have to call him a couple times to get him on the line. However, this is my first house and I was told that is all architects as they are in buildings in NYC on a daily basis filing permits. However, he always got back to me.Overall, I would say my experience with Russ has been Grade A.
