We had contacted this company for work we wanted done on our home. They came out and gave us an estimate. We spoke to them about a tentative time line and were told that would be fine. We have now within 3.5 weeks of the start of our kitchen project and had called them a number of time to firm up the dates. After multiple unreturned phone calls, we actually spoke with them today and found out that they are unwilling to work on our project because we went with a different countertop supplier than the one they prefer to work with. Their preferred provider doesn't work with Quartzite which is the countertop material we want. We are now scrambling to find people to do the work we need done. They ghosted us.
