Great American roofing and restoration- Owner Rick will steal your money! Rob Peter to pay paul! Job "paid" in full to complete and they decided to cancel the job the day before. This has been going on since 9-19-18. He stated that he was going to send a refund check in 2-3 weeks. To our local police department Nothing yet! Good news! Lawyer in tow, BBB investigation present, local police department notified and a report made, local crime stoppers notified as well as local news stations. This pos sends me a text stating they want to do the right thing now, they will come complete the job next week that they canceled.. no thanks! We will get back what is owed to us plus punitive damages, property damage, and theft charges against the elderly! One unhappy customer- jpeterson

They stole money from MY elderly PARENTS! they were paid to complete a job they never did. Rick the owner gives you a run around. Police report has been completed, BBB investigators are working on this as well as as the local news stations, insurance company, ect! This man will pay for what he has done! STAY AWAY!

I had 7 month long dealing with water leaking roof after Great American Roofing & Restoration LLC. Imagine 7 months water leaking that I have to gathering water in the buckets and empty it and replace it when I have a heavy rain fall. During the 7 months, they only say that they will fix the problem but not really come to our home and check it seriously. Few times they sent a guys who have no idea where water leaks or how to fix the problem. The problem never fixed. It has been 7 months gone by they still telling me they will fix it but never really do anything. Stay away from this company.

So ya, they took our money upfront, put on our roof 9 months later. They never closed the permit so who knows if they did it right. They sub contracted a guy to replace our front windows who has no idea what hes doing, my broken windows were better. The new ones leak to. We have reached out several times with no luck. BBB was called and there accreditation has been taken. These people are crooks. The only option now is to sue.
