When we first used this company to build our screened porch we had a wonderful experience. When we decided to install windows in the screened areas it hasn't been the same. Web were told the window over the door was not sized correctly at the factory. It was supposed to be two weeks to have it replaced. After a month we called and were told the replacement was broken at the warehouse, and a new one would be there by November 13th. The woman apologized because we weren't told. Not surprised because our salesman has been unresponsive to our calls. We were told our window would be installed today (November 23) at 9am. No one showed up. No call, and the office is closed. Tomorrow is two months since the job began. Make your own decision if you want to use them. The workmanship is excellent, customer service very poor.
