I had some work done through the Legacy Program/Johnston Square Community in Baltimore. Some projects were done correctly. Others were not.
Toilet installed on third floor, now leaking in ceiling of the remodeled bathroom on the second floor. Never a response from the contractor. Downspout on outside of my home in the rear installed incorrectly. My outside walls got wet. I took a video and photos and showed the contractor. Never repaired it. I had to get Gutter Guys, who do fantastic work, come and repair. So, I am left with a remodeled bathroom on second floor with a wet ceiling. Unbelievable. I am furious. Do not use him.
