Positives -
The unit has performed well after an adjustment to the initial install
The unit is quiet and very energy efficient
The install took one or two days,
Mr. Green was present for the install
Negatives
It was difficult to get them to return for the needed adjustments to the install
A year later they are not responding to my request for maintenance checks on the unit. My written request for service has gone unanswered.
To summarize, my personal experience with the unit itself has been very positive to this point. My experience with Green Electric has been positive up to and including the install but far less satisfying when it comes to follow up.
