Beware of this company.
Justin Crouch and Tim and others.
They are very unprofessional and should be avoided by new potential customers.
Their website claims their standards are about "honesty" ... should say lying, cheating, and stealing ... Stole money, ignores phone calls. License needs to be revoked.
We did work for Green Vision Construction as a sub-contractor for them. Work was approved, customer paid them for the work, and they kept the money. Still ignoring our many invoices and many calls.

Our experience with Green Vision was horrible. They provided sub-contractors who could not speak English and could not detect that the hot and cold water was switched and coming out of the wrong pipes. They provided a painter who splattered paint all over our bathroom curtain. They never finished painting the windows and said the limited contract doesn't require us to do so. They take every short cut in the book and they have been sued and have not made payment despite a judge ordering them to do so.
If you are going to deal with them hire a lawyer who can write a contract without any room for them to avoid responsibility. In addition do not give them a deposit they will not return the money even after judge orders them to do so as evidenced by previous case.
They have a F rating from better business bureau from another customer.
Do not accept any promise they give you verbally they will start out doing good work and then the work will deteriorate.
Another client sued them and judge made a judgement in favor of plaintiff for over $6k please go to Arlington County General District court and search on case GV12006391-00. Green Vision still has not paid despite judgement ordering them to do so.
