If I could give one star, I would. RUN, RUN, RUN, don’t walk, away from this unethical firm. Here’s why. Green Guys were recommended to us by a pal. That meant a lot and we liked positive reviews on their site. We met with them several times, and they agreed to perform major construction on our new home… once we got it. We’re talking a major, very lucrative job for Green Guys; not replacing a faucet. They even came out and visited the new community where we were to purchase our home. Today, yes, today, we purchased our home and couldn’t wait to begin our work with the Green Guys. And today… they wrote us an email saying they were “sorry” and weren’t going to do the job. We were completely shocked and, of course, angry. They strung us along for months, saying they would do the job and on the VERY DAY we buy our home, today, they abandon us. Thank God our wonderful real estate agent has, this morning, hooked us up with a contractor she loves. My advice: run, run, run from this massively unprofessional “company.” “Unethical” and “unprofessional” understate the case. P.S. I should have listened to my gut when, over the past few months, they were slow to respond to emails. P.P.S. Their insanely unprofessional behavior today is made worse by the fact that we have ACTUALLY SENT THEM CLIENTS. It’s beyond.
