  Kitchen remodel

  My kitchen needed to be redone because of mold. I agree with Linda’s review. My project started in March of 2022. They left in February of 2023. No paneling was put up under my cabinets. No molding was put on cabinets. This is all still sitting in my garage. The hole for my stove was cut wrong. The stove does not fit properly in the hole. My ceiling light is still sitting on my kitchen floor, just where they left it. There is a hole in my ceiling. A wall was supposed to be painted never done by them. I bought the paint and did it myself. No kick plate was put back in front of my dishwasher. The excess grout was never taken off my tile. Now that it has dried I can’t get it off the tile. My tile was never sealed now the grout is dirty. One of the workers backed into a wire and got an electric shock. None of the wires were capped off. There was uncapped 220 on the floor. The workers showing up was hit or miss. I was called on the days I was expecting them and told they wouldn’t be here. This happened more than a few times. I made a list of items that came to over $2500.00 that were not done or received. My husband had a stroke 2 weeks after they left the job and is now wheelchair bound. He was ready to finish up the work but now is not able. I have been in touch with Jerry and I get no response. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They forwarded it to him and still no response. My next move if I don’t get satisfaction soon is to call 12 On Your Side and talk to Anthony. I have never had the displeasure of dealing with such an inept organization.

  Mold remediation and remodel kitchen

  I had mold in my kitchen from previous owner. This company was Service Pro recommended to my surprise. They hire unprofessional people. The worker was brought to work by another employee because he lost his license. My porcelain tile floor was damaged when they removed the old cabinets. They left a hole in my ceiling from hanging the plastic to separate the the work area. The faucet, pantry door and garbage disposal were replaced and did not need to be. I think his worker was ripping Gerry off. When my granite countertop was to be placed back on new cabinets, I was told a granite company would come in and do this. That did not happen! The worker, went to one of my neighbors and asked to help put the granite back in place. They chipped the granite at the sink, it was snagging my clothing, he denied it. They never came back to grout the back splash. This project took over 6 months to complete, can you imagine being without your kitchen for 6 months? Lastly, the insurance paid for everything, even my deductible but Gerry made sure he took that with his multi invoices. I had 3 invoices, it kept going up when he knew how much money I was getting back. The project was very stressful and a fight to get things done.
