    Hired Andy Grillo to do some work in the house we bought 6mths ago. It is still not completed. The job was not a total rehab. He hasn't been showing up when promised, the work is sloppy, he didn't put plastic down to protect the carpets, leaving grease stains on walls and our brand new door, leaving things unfinished, left the back door open all night..to just name a few things. Brags about taking on big money jobs, and has a habit of pulling his non skilled workers to work on said jobs leaving ours to wait. If it wasn't for the fact that we dont have the money to hire someone else to finish the job, he would have been fired a while ago. Would not recommend to anybody!

    Andy Grillo (company owner) is very unprofessional and unreliable. We hired Grillo construction for a total rehab of our house. He employs unskilled labor (including himself) that does horrible work and the work that he charged us was not completed. We had numerous issues with the finished product, including, but not limited to: Bathroom leaks, drywall separating at the seams, hot water heater leaking, framing not plumb. paid for entire attack to be insulated and after inspection only half was completed. Hardwood floors cut too short at walls and missing pieces in closets. The project was two months behind schedule because he took his staff off the job to complete another job that was behind schedule. Be aware and stay clear of this contractor.
