It was an awful experience. They started our job on June 2, 2015. It was to be done in 6 to 8 weeks. We needed a basement remodel because my daughter and her 2 yr old moved in with us and she was 7 months pregnant. They gave us a bid of $31,000 all inclusive of clean up, furnace, bathroom, laundry, built ins, electrical and plumbing. After the first week, they stopped putting in 8 hour days - which they said they would work. Everytime a large amount of money was given, they missed the next week or more. ie July $16000 - missed 2 weeks in a row siting family issues. (Came to find out, they were doing other jobs). I went out of town for my anniversary at the end of July. Mr. Grillo promised it would be done when I got home. My adult children were here everyday that I was gone. For 3 weeks, they did not show. NOTHING was done. They stopped answering texts, emails and phone calls. (said number and email was changed, it was not) When we did get them, they said their brand new truck had broken down. (They were working other jobs) They came back for 4 days, and demanded more money. When we refused, considering they were paid already $33995.43, they walked out August 21st; taking materials, windows, our garage door opener. They illegally hooked into our sewer line and botched much of the work. In the end only 40% was done. Basement unusable. New bids from 2 new contractors came in at over $20,000 to finish and fix what they had done. The dad, owner, and son make separate deals with you and the other one negates them. Left us without heat in our home with two babies. NEVER use them.
