Peter scammed my parents & refused to complete the work as agreed. He charged $6480 for what should have been a stained, 12*18 deck with hand rails and stairs. What they got was unfinished wood with no rails, no stairs - no permit. He refused to complete the job and resorted to cursing and yelling. DO NOT TRUST this scammer.
