Our experience has been less than satisfactory. We contracted with Guarco for a new driveway to replace the old surface. Mr. Guarco told us he would be the one doing the work. We went over everything carefully because we wanted specific area expanded. The level of our driveway is now about 6" lower than it was and the contour has been changed. These were not things we requested nor discussed before or during the project. Mr. Guarco did not do the agreed upon work himself nor did he personally supervise the construction as needed.
With our drive 6-7" below the original level, we have "banks" on either side of the drive which makes mowing the grass a problem and is dangerous for walking. Additionally we already have cracks in the surface and areas of surface that have gaps. Mr. Guarco has not resolved this problem to date. The driveway was installed in the summer of 2014.
