I have been trying to get a receipt for a $1400 job since September 2015. Raul always promises to mail it or bring it to me and so far has not. He told us that he didn't have his receipt book with him but payment was due upon completion. I wrote a check that he wanted made out to him. I don't understand why a reputable business would not provide a receipt after numerous call and emails. I have made (6) calls and sent (3) emails. All I want is a receipt. The check was cashed on the same day the work was completed
