Guy Gonzalez best contractor in the north state

I have hired Guy on many projects and referred him to family and friends. None have had any complaints about his professional abilities and experience. Guy always goes far above and beyond any agreed on contract, providing extra labor and using his own supplies at no cost. It is too bad home owners have a very unrealistic and uneducated expectation on how a remodel works. 5 months waiting for the city to approve a permit for a modest kitchen remodel is not within the contractors control. The Contractor has to move on to other projects until the permits are available unless they want to lose their license by starting work without one.

9 month nightmare and still not done!

He is currently working on the Tamarak permit as mentioned above. He started the kitchen remodel for my best friend in April of 2014. It is now December of 2014 and the job is no where near done. My friends have not had a kitchen for 9 months, their house is a torn apart mess. The original quote has more than doubled and he has them painting and picking up cabinets to make things go more quickly. Guy has done multiple jobs to completion during this timeline but refuses to work full days on their job. Watching my friends struggle with the stress of a lazy and incompetent contractor is heart breaking. He should not be working in this field!
