I was going to purchase a home from this company that they built in Wilmington, Delaware. Except when I was denied the loan the owner started calling around for my contact number and I did call him to try and explain. The owner of this company is very unprofessional and still I have not received my earnest deposit back yet. The home I was going to purchase was located on 1809 Montclair Ave. Wilmington, DE 19808 with 30 issues. The home being built from the ground up should have not had that many issues. The crown molding displayed made the home look very nice. But I would not have this builder under contract due to he needs money. Now if you build homes you should refund the earnest money if not approved. I believe this builder just attracts people with the crown molding and not honoring the buyer satisfaction. You can make anything look good!! I would not recommend, I am taking this builder to court for a little bit of money but it's my money. Cannot wait to hear Delaware's verdict.
