  replacing a ceiling fan

  $160

  They disappeared after the installation of my fan. I kept calling but they never returned my calls or come back to fix it.

  American Home Shield assigned them to replace a ceiling fan at my house. I called and left several messages for days before they would call back. After the tech replacing the fan, I saw that the new fan was wobbling, the tech said it was normal. It did not look normal to me, so I had a master electrician took a look, he said it was a hazard to have it wobbling like that. I contacted H&C several times asking them to come back and fix it but it has been two months and I still haven't heard from them.

  outlet replacement/repair

  Twice this company has been sent out by American Home Shield to remedy outlets that are malfunctioning and twice they have done nothing - always in a hurry to collect that money from AHS by saying they "showed up to the service residence." Absolute scam. If you are going to contract for a warranty company, the services you provide should be equal to that of what you provide to non-warranty customers. The first electrician who came out was great - fixed two outlets and a ceiling fan that wasn't working. However, his colleagues have been unable to provide the same quality of service.

  AHS sent them for a transformer to replace in electrical.

  Same as several other reviews. They came out for AHS and said they would be back with transformer and set up appointment yesterday. They never showed up and are ignoring our calls. We are on hold with AHS to inform them that job is not complete.

  I personally had a great experience with this company. Quickly diagnosed and fixed my 1st problem. My 2nd problem took a 2nd visit through no fault of the company. My builder missed installing a whole outlet! Israel and Heath quickly found where the outlet was supposed to have been and worked to get me power to the other outlet that was not functioning and I got another outlet in the room as a bonus.

  fix fan

  Great service. Staff had to call me many times to get me scheduled, as I can be quite forgetful. Heath was very helpful! Helped diagnose the problem over the phone and made suggestions about how to fix it myself. An honest company and saved me a lot of trouble and money. Thanks so much!

  Repair / replace attic exhaust fan.

  I paid for the service call. AHS paid for the repair. They came out, removed the bad motor from my attic exhaust fan, ordered a new motor. After weeks, I called and they came back to replace the motor. The guy decided it was too hard to get up to the fan and left me with the motor and parts. They won't help me find somebody to finish the job. They won't take or answer my calls. They got paid and didn't finish the job. Very unethical. Use somebody else.

  Repair 3 ceiling fans

  $75

  BEEARE, This is a very disappointing unprofessional company. Sorry I ever got involved in the first place. The guy showed up, looking sloppy, very poor communication, was here for a very short period of time & fixed half the problem and left me stuck with fixing what he wouldn't. Horrible experience. When I called to try to resolve the issue they wouldn't even speak to me. Try texting them and that got no response either. I would not recommend these people.
