I have been asking H & L Construction for a bid on patching pot holes for a shopping center of ours in Mathews, LA for months. I continued to email Wayne and ask for an update and he would say, they are getting to it. Today he tells me they are too busy! Well, thanks! I appreciate you telling me this after months of asking. Terrible customer service!!! We manage 6 shopping centers and will never use them!!
