  Septic Replacement

  On June 08th, 2024 Christopher Joseph McDonagh a representative of H20 Plumbing & Well Services picked up a deposit of $11,000.00 to start a septic system replacement in my home. Mr. Mc Donagh has never returned to my property, hasn’t started any repairs in my home, has stopped answering my calls, and hasn’t paid for any permits to start the repairs. Due to this behavior, I asked for a refund which he stated he would provide by July 31st, 2024 that time has passed and I haven’t heard from Christopher Joseph McDonagh a representative of H20 Plumbing & Well Services. Christopher Joseph McDonagh was provided my information via Angie’s List when he called me the very first time and the few times I’ve had contact with him the phone number and caller ID that comes up states I’m getting a call from H20 Plumbing & Well Services. Be careful with Angie’s List as when I noticed there was a problem I started to do my own digging and or investigation I learned that Angie’s List doesn’t require licensing from the contractors they allow on their network and the ones they provide your information to they have no licensing and or contractors insurance information. Angie’s List advised me the legal representative of H20 Plumbing & Well Services is someone by the name of Nicole Nobis 570-872-4908 located at 296 Oak Hill Rd. Hawley PA 18428 license PA190817 when I attempted to speak with H20 Plumbing & Well Services legal representative of Nicole Nobis at 570-872-4908 she advised me that 2 different state troopers had visited her in regards to Christopher Joseph McDonagh defrauding some people that if she continued to receive calls in regards to Christopher Joseph McDonagh whom when he calls you from 570-618-1750 and or 570-276-0173 his caller ID will register as H20 Plumbing & Well Services she would file harassment charges against whom ever is calling her, that same day I received a text from Christopher Joseph McDonagh H20 Plumbing & Well Services 570-276-0173 advising me to not contact his children’s mother as I would be responsible for him having a hard time seeing his children if I continue to contact his children’s mother I have the text messages to prove this, to which my reply was I have only contacted the legal representative of H20 Plumbing & Well Services located is someone by the name of Nicole Nobis 570-872-4908 located at 296 Oak Hill Rd. Hawley PA 18428 license PA190817 I had no idea who his family was and or his children’s mother. Angie’s List also advised me that Christopher Joseph McDonagh was the legal representative of CJM Plumbing and Drain Cleaning and that company was no longer recommended by Angie’s List and or their representative, but it is my believe the legal representative of H20 Plumbing & Well Services located is someone by the name of Nicole Nobis 570-872-4908 located at 296 Oak Hill Rd. Hawley PA 18428 license PA190817 and Mr. Christopher Joseph McDonagh are somehow related as when I contacted the legal representative of H20 Plumbing & Well Services located someone by the name of Nicole Nobis 570-872-4908 located at 296 Oak Hill Rd. Hawley PA 18428 license PA190817 I was educated, polite and decent on the phone she wasn’t as professional as you would expect someone to be after receiving two separate visits from 2 different state troopers about someone deceiving people, defrauding people with your business name in essence also the legal representative of H20 Plumbing & Well Services located is someone by the name of Nicole Nobis 570-872-4908 located at 296 Oak Hill Rd. Hawley PA 18428 license PA190817 was the only person I spoke to and less than 30 minutes from our conversation Mr. Christopher Joseph McDonagh was accused of attempting to make his child visitation arrangements difficult but I had only spoken to the legal representative of H20 Plumbing & Well Services located is someone by the name of Nicole Nobis 570-872-4908 located at 296 Oak Hill Rd. Hawley PA 18428 license PA190817. Also, be careful with the Pennsylvania attorney general’s office and or contractors you may verify using them as I was told by a representative of that office that H20 Plumbing & Well Services does have an active license with them but NO Bond and or Insurance information for of H20 Plumbing & Well Services. Please be extremely careful when hiring anyone in the state of PA as Pennsylvania’s attorney general’s office can have partial information on a business and if you are inexperienced you could hire someone whom they license but they are not required to provide Bond and or insurance information to the state but still be listed with the state, be careful with Angie’s List as they were the ones who gave this individual my contact information and they also informed me they do not require and or store license and or Bond and or Insurance information for the scammers they forward your contact information to. I have bank documents proving the deposit I made to this individual.

  Renovate basement apartment

  $24,000

  I gave him $12,000 to complete a renovation that he assured me he could do. After working for 5 days all the $ was exhausted after only purchasing approximately $2,000 in materials. He charged me $6,500 to demolish a few walls in the basement and removing at least 24 studs which probably took all of 5 hours. Then he tells me he’s not making any $ on the project. Left my radon pump without electricity and sent my call to voicemail when I called to get an update from him. He is not trustworthy nor honest.
