35 year retired hvac tech here. Had Hafer install heat pump. Bad idea. Foam taped suction line instead of 1/2” split insulation. Electrical taped 4’ of thermostat wire instead of replacing it. Did not seal pipe penetration thru wall. Ran liquid line in front of indoor unit. Will be hard to get blower out. Old unit was 2-1/2 to and he nstalled 3 ton which is now louder with more airflow. Equipment only as good as install. I’m screwed.
