I am now in my 3rd year, They have failed in many areas, they bypassed laws and put our irrigation on city water and yet have to have corrected this, the city could impose a $250 fine for each usage, my original punch list still has open issues and my one year punch list has never been addressed. It is rare to get a call back from them or there HOA management, Our pool is 2 years behind and other areas are rarely kept up nd not useable (playground) If I was to build again Halifax would not be my choice, I am in contact with many in my community and we like the area but Halifax has failed all of us in many ways.
