We hired Mike Hall to perform a backflow test for our HOA in June of 2024. Mike charged us extra because he claimed that he needed to make a repair to the valve. Oddly, our landscaper also charged us to repair the same valve the week before we scheduled Mike to perform the test. And then, Mike failed to file the required report to the City of Fort Collins. And at that point, Mike ghosted us. So much for his satisfaction guarantee. After giving Mike two months to make it right, and after several failed attempts to communicate with Mike, we hired another contractor to perform the test again, and file the proper report. Do not hire Mike Hall.
