Used for a simple small track house. Chance (owner) was rarely onsight even though he's a 1 crew company. His other 2 guys were regularly late and produced sub-par work and a snails pace. When I walked the house to check their work I found 2 beer cans in a stud bay near the stairs. Steer clear of these jokers.
