Use Hanks Electric if you enjoy going to a car mechanic type company where an oil change turns into a $500 engine repair.
We had them come to our house to fix a cooling problem with our fridge. The bottom freezer drawer had to be dismantled to diagnose a problem with the heater and thermostat. In the process, a perfectly working ice maker was disconnected and removed along with other internal parts. After the bad parts were replaced and the freezer and ice maker were reconnected, the ice maker stopped working.
Once they came back to evaluate the situation the employee said that the switch was bad on the prior, perfectly working ice maker. Out of the goodness of their heart, they said that they would not charge for labor but that we would have to pay $90 to replace a prior, perfectly working ice machine.
They are receiving a one star review only because there is no zero or negative star reviews.
This is a BUYER BEWARE company. Do not do business with them.
