Zaid was a complete hack!!! Charged my warranty company $ 250 and did absolutely nothing. Refused to do the work, and told my warranty company that my air handler in the attic was a and the access to it what is a safety hazard there by avoiding my warranty and leaving me with a $2100 expense which is uncovered in my policy! He was very unprofessional and became angry when I started asking him questions! Don’t ever use this guy!!

very unprofessional. do not use this guy. Was at my house claim he can not find any leaks and charge me $250 for 3 lbs. of Freon. another company that came in, found the leak within 2 minutes by the compressor. So easy to see it a big oil stain was there. I just don't understand why he said he can not find any leaks. Now I know, he was in a rush wanted to make quick money and leave. Do yourself a big favor, don't use them. There are many other good and honest AC repair guys out there.

Outstanding experience w/this Company in A/C maintenance/repair. The only time in all the years we've been in Phoenix that we truly felt they were being honest and appropriate about what our A/C needed to be its best. They don't try to sell you parts or svc that you don't need - how great is that! - and they have an A+ Better Business Bureau rating!
