  un clog kitchen pipe

  Mike came out and did nothing but turn on the kitchen sink and look at the drain pipe in the basement. In his "experienced opinion", the pipe was frozen. He then said he had to get authorization and left. 3 phone calls and almost 4 hours later he called and said that my warranty company wouldn't cover an act of God since it was frozen. It is a drain pipe, there is no where for water to stand to freeze. I used the sink for doing dishes and cleaning the kitchen less than an hour before water started backing up. This guy got paid his $100 +/- from the warranty company and left. Husband tried to snake the drain and surprise, it can't get past the clean out in the basement, he got past the area Mike said was frozen. Still no water, still not fixed. Delays due to Mike's lazy excuse of frozen pipe and taking the money and leaving, Now I have to argue with the warranty company about a second opinion due to this man's inability to take 20 minutes to do the job he was paid to do.

  Kitchen sink

  Harmony was the company dispatched by my warranty provider. They came out and “completed” the job. When I went to use the sink, the same problem occurred. I called them directly to see if they could take a look at it again, but no response (after two calls). Finally, I called my warranty provider again, and they said that Harmony said that my sink had another issue. Harmony never told me (the customer) this, and even if it were so, why didn’t they return my call. They get one extra star because the technician was kind, however, that does not negate the fact that the company should have responded and been direct about the “problem”. If there was another issue, if it were within their scope, they should have done it.

  bathroom shower/toilet

  This company is a complete scam. I called and set up my appointment to have my shower and toilet fixed and they cancelled last minute. The manager/owner stated that his employees was uncomfortable coming into my condo being that its on the fifth floor of a fifth floor building and possibly being exposed to Covid. I explained that our building takes all precautions and a mask along with sanitizer and is required upon entry of the building. The owner/manger then said sorry and hung up on me.

  Leak in ceiling

  Exceptional service , mike came to my house within an hour , I had to contractors before they couldn’t know where the leak in my kitchen is coming from, they suggested to cut holes in drywall , I called harmony , mike figured it out and repaired the toilet , my advice for you all , don’t hire big companies to do plumbing repairs , those big companies have a high overhead experience to cover , go with small companies that their prices is decent and you will get better results

  Fix a leaky toilet

  What an incredible man. Adam(? Spelling) was very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They went over and beyond to fix my leaky toilet AND get my warranty company to take care of it all! I highly recommend this company! Will be giving out their number to anyone and everyone I know!

  Hot Water Heater

  My experience with Harmony Plumbing was excellent. These men are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We needed a new hot water heater and quickly - due to family visiting for the weekend - Harmony saved the day - literally!
  We had some struggles (externally) with Home Depot and a damaged product - this company did everything they could to see they installed a perfect product.
  They returned to the store late in the evening and came back with another tank - took their time and installed it (maybe leaving after 8pm in the evening). I recommend Harmony Plumbing.

  Harmony Plumbing is also licensed in HVAC. My furnace was not heating the house, and through my home warranty I was told to call Harmony Plumbing. With it being Sunday, I was really concerned about getting same day service. When I called to set up an appointment, I was told I could get service today, and that they would call me 30 minutes before they start heading over, and gave me a four hour window of 11am-4pm. He ended up calling me at 10:40 and said he would be over in 30 minutes. His estimated time of arrival was accurate.

  Unfortunately, I ended up switching out my thermostat before he arrived (We had one sitting around the house as we wanted to upgrade, but just had not gotten around to it yet.) The furnance started working JUST AS the tech arrived.

  We apologized, and he was very understanding.

  I am giving 5 stars for his sense of urgency (coming out same day on a sunday,) his professionalism/understanding of the situation, and the fact that his vehicle and uniform had the business name.

  Going through my home warranty, I didnt have high expectations. I cant speak on his knowledge or ability to do the job, but by all other criteria, I was pleased.
