He was hired to repair and truss the roof at my home. They did so reasonably well, but in the process let loose a beam that fell on my air conditioner and did considerable damage. They also cut through some of the duct work and did not offer to repair it. We have photos of the damage they did, but they refuse to provide any compensation. It cost almost $1000 to have an AC specialist come out to repair the unit. The damage to the AC also caused water to leak through the ceiling and damage the sheetrock. Harold Wood was very rude and abrupt. I do not recommend this contractor.
