We hired Hart general Contractors back in October 2017 to remodel our master bath and bedroom. At the same time, we had additional work done as well. Close to 40k of work. He was quick to want to collect, but slow in completion.
When I thought they still had to work to complete, they did not come back, There was no communication from Hart that they were done. We had quite a few things on our punch list. After many attempts, they came back and started doing some of the work. I should mention that the subs Hart hired did poor work. As of this posting, two years after the start of job, there are still many issues not complete. We've made numerous attempts to contact Hart, but no response. Very expensive for mediocre work and very poor communication. Would not recommend to anyone.
