For the most part their work is good. It’s not deserving of a 10 or A+ but more if an A- or “8”. They tend to prioritize $$$ projects vs. $10,000 work. After 3 years & numerous promises they still have not completed 3 minor tasks as part of a contract. I was foolish & paid them in full. Shameful! Probably would not hire them again or just not pay in full unless work was 100% completed.
