    My husband David and I highly recommend Jonathan Held. We think of him as an angel sent from Heaven. We were so lucky to connect with him after we had severed ties with our initial architect. At that time, we had met with several other architects to see if they could get us through to the last stage so that we could start construction, and they all wanted to take advantage of us, tried to majorly change our construction plans, waste our time and charge us exorbitant fees to just get our permit.One architect led us to believe that he would take on our job and get us our permit so we paid him, and then he dropped us right as we were about to get our permit approval meeting. His name is Alan Berman of Archetype, and he set us back four months. He is a wheeler dealer to be steered cleared of. We honestly didn't think we'd live through what he put us through - it was nightmare. Then, thankfully we connected with Jonathan.Jonathan is a consummate professional and a human being. He is fair and well priced. He kindly agreed to take on our job for a reasonable fee and he got us our building permit. My husband and I highly recommend him.
