A few years ago we had Cody put in a skylight for us in our kitchen did a great job. This year 2021 we decided to redo our kitchen which involved taking up a tile floor out of kitchen and laundry room and everything out. He and his crew have done wonders and really kept a clean work area. My kitchen looks great. He also was willing to put in a new vanity in the bathroom during his work schedule that wasn’t originally in the plan. I can’t say enough about what a great job they did and how happy I am. Cody is a joy to work with and so is his crew.

I highly recommend Helmer Construction. Cody and his crew did an excellent job replacing the roof and installing gutters on our house. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was thoroughly impressed with the outcome. He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable person, who goes above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Helmer Construction is the best! Cody Helmer and crew replaced our four Skylights, doing an excellent job. The original wooden frames had rotted, so we were having leakage problems - - Twice in the same room. Cody is very professional and committed to doing a thorough job. He honors his estimate and even charged less in the end, when the cost of materials was lower than originally estimated. He knows the products and recommends the best quality. His job site is kept immaculate, during and especially upon completion. And I appreciate this! Cody is very amiable, respectful, and professional. We very much enjoyed working with him.

We highly recommend Cody Helmer. He has roofed our house 3 times. Twice after hail storms and most recently after our house burned a few months ago. He also sided the house. He is extremely professional and conscientious and demands the same of his crew. He uses high quality materials and worked with our insurance to get the same, in-kind materials used. He made sure every nail was picked up. We loved our roof and siding each time.
