  Wash and paint siding, caulk where needed, paint the undertrim

  The work was done in Toledo, Ohio. Their business address is 11404 HWY 250 N. Milan, Ohio. Henry Firest was hired to power wash the siding, repaint my siding and to scrape and paint the underside of all the surfaces. I was not home when he did the work. Apparently he did the siding first because there are globs of paint from painting the eaves on the siding! Also he used plain yellow masking tape ( he did not remove it all and so I have the evidence) to tape protection to the windows and shutters, and because he did this he tore the paint right off of my freshly painted shutters! They now look silver/ black leopard print! There is also white paint on them. Before painting the wood, He scraped enough paint off to make it look like he scraped. However, upon closer inspection he did not scrape! He just painted over everything...peeling paint and all! Around the garage facing where the BLACK address numbers go, he painted them white...he painted right over the address numbers! He said I'll just finger paint them. I said no you won't I said you need to take the numbers down and repainted them. Again he said, "I will finger paint them and you will like it." I said, No." They will not be crisp and they will have white edges I want them to be totally black. Again he said he would finger paint them. At that point I said that I would do it. He said he would come back the next day to clean up. He never did. I have sent him numerous texts and pictures but he has yet to contact me. Shame on him. And shame on his father. The father is the person that solicited my business. He let his son do the work. Do not hire these people!!!!! He also tried selling me asphalt shingle sealant. I am so glad I didn't have him do that. The shingles would probably be falling off at this point.

  This contractor did a horrible job. Painted cellar wall got paint on steps. Was not told to do cellar walls. Voiced their opinion. The price was way too high. My mom is on one income, Will not rehire. We got extra material, that we will not use. What the heck. The boss kept pushing my mom to get this & that done. My mom being a nice person said nothing. Did painting that was not told to do. Messy job & work. Better not come around again. Will give them a piece of my mind.

  Waterproof brick

  Beware!

  They go door to door and ridiculously overcharge people for simple tasks and shoddy work. Caulking a few masonry holes and supposedly applying masonry waterproofing, which took less than 1 hr.........cost $400! Outrageous. Their license should be revoked.....if they even have one.

  He was here 1-1/2 hours and charged us $ 375.00 to supposedly caulk cracks around bricks and applied Masonary Waterproof sealer. I have no guarantee with this company. What gives ??

  All I can say is there is paint on my barns. Site cleanup was poor and did not have a professional attitude. Will not rehire.
