He started out good, but over time was unreliable, and did not communicate well with us as to what was going on. After a year he said he was coming back to finish an attic job, and he never returned. He also never returned our gate key. When I went to his home to talk to him about giving back the key I was met by his wife who said I was stalking them, and that there was nothing wrong with his work ethics. She was a total b....and treated me very badly. I don't feel she helped his cause at all. I finally had to turn the claim over to the Contractors State License Board, who filed a violation letter for the contractor's technical violations of the Business and Professions Code. I must still contact a contractor to fix leftover problems e.g. unprofessional wiring in attic, living room carpet patching, filling in entryway grouting, repairing numerous cracks in cement sidewalks. Sadly, there is no way I recommend this contractor!!
