His crew worked on our roof and while they were great at first and our roof looks great, our roof leaked after the job was done. We called for many weeks to ask them to come back. After almost 2 months of no response and rain pouring in and a lot of ceiling damage done, the owner finally called back and said he would check it out. After checking it out he admitted that the calking wasn't done and that he did not check the work of his crew when the work had been done. He apologized and calked the roof himself that day but provided no offer of compensation or offer to fix the problem himself for the nearly 5,000 in ceiling damage due to this major error. The roof is leaking again. Beware as I know mistakes happen, but the unresponsiveness and unwillingness to be accountable is wrong.
