We needed some major work done on two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Bill is a nice man and could probably have done good work, but he was not at my house. The people that he employed were unskilled and unprofessional. I've had to hire a plumber to fix what they messed up in the brand new bathrooms - it was not up to code and would not pass inspection.
They left huge piles of garbage for weeks on end as they did other jobs, scraped up brand new fixtures/furniture, left gouges in the floor and doors. I finally changed the locks and got another contractor. I'm happy to provide pictures, but I don't see anywhere to upload them.
