I have read reviews and it is funny to me how everyone seems to complain about the same thing: lack of communication with Heritage AND their time framing is WAY OFF. Seems as though they do not even have one! Of COURSE, Heritage admits NO wrong doing whatsoever! They seem to like to reply "we never give a definite time frame because things happen." Well funny how ALL these complaints, they were ALSO TOLD time frames. Heritage knows they lie about this and this is why I feel as though they NEVER give anything in writing. I did, however, request that Frank (whomever he wants to call himself) give me a closing date/time frame in writing, and he did with, of course, "I cannot give you a closing date because the electrical company….." Of course, someone else's fault! So, here we STILL STAND waiting to move in our house, almost a year after signing our construction loan AND with incomplete finishes: putting the hardware (knob and bolt lock) on the door going into the house from the garage, putting screens on all windows, putting on our pocket door hardware, putting the pantry door on, weather stripping around the door in the garage going into the house, a plate on the front door for the bolt lock, and a gauge on the wall that I found while cleaning this house a month ago. But I am told they can't do these things until the electricity gets turned on... didn't they build a whole house with a temp pole for electricity? ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!
