Karol did a major rebuild of my patio cover. For reasons too complicated to go into, I wanted to use the posts and beams of the old structure and replace the rafters, purlins and fiberlglass panels. A couple other contractors were reluctant to take that approach, but Karol understood why I wanted to do it that way and took it on without reservation.
Since I'm retired, I was watching over his shoulder and helping as a "gofer". I found Karol to be very diligent, hardworking and thorough. He was also very pleasant to have around. I regard his price to have been very reasonable and a good value. The next time I need some work done that I can't handle myself, he will be the first guy I call.
