Contracting Harold and his crew for a major renovation project stemming from major water damage to most of the ceilings in our home, was one of the best decissions I have made.
As with most larger scale projects, there are challenges that surface during the project, this one was no different. Harold and his team was a pleasure to work with through all the various challenges and his focus on doing great work and exceeding expectations really helped carry the day. I should note that all the major challenges that surfaced during the project were not caused by Harold! The end effect was mostly in some project delays waiting on suppliers to redeliver incorrectly filled orders and similar, but when your home is opened up and uninsulated and work slides into a third week, its safe to say its not great for the owners living there, or the contractor that had planned to be done and out already.
Through it all Harold kept focus on what we could control, and adapted and worked around the delays all while keeping our best interests at heart.
It was a complete pleasure to have them working in the house. They kept it clean and organized every night before leaving, and me and my wife always felt comfortable with having them in our house.
We will totally reach out to them for future projects and I cannot recommend them enough.
