Terrible. No communication. Was told we asked too many questions, just let him build. Construction draws are always adding in items that have not been installed in the home, some items had not even arrived. Very sloppy build. Stops and starts, stops and starts. During the winter months our home was left without windows, doors, did not even try to close it in and it was full of snow, melting snow, lots of water. We have photographs. Our home was started in October 2020, we are still not finished. He hires people that only have one or two people so it takes much longer. Our home has siding. The siding was started in mid April, they did not finish siding until July. It has been one thing after another. Intermill is not an honest person. It took the one man he hired to put the porch decking on, took him over 3 weeks to get it done. We wished we would have really checked this man out before hiring him.
