I'm not sure if this company sub-contracted out their work, but our furnace at 2323 Hayes St. NE was incorrectly installed. Essentially the burners should have a heat shield installed over them so that they don't melt the condensate pan above them and our Goodman furnace/ac was installed without one. There are youtube videos out there showing the mistake: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4fQ4I1bKlZ8&authuser=0
Because of this faulty installation, the pan melted over the winter, and allowed condensate to pool in our basement when the AC ran in the summer. A technician came out the first summer to replace the pan, and blamed the builder for running the furnace too constantly during construction.
However, the second summer when the problem returned, our messages were never returned, leaving us to deal with their problem on our own.
