We agreed upon work in my home, a deck addition, a closet addition and a remodel of current closets , fix floor patch a small leak in roof, and very small remodel in kitchen, We agreed on three payments of 10 grand each, I have home 10 down.he did build the deck however he asked for the second installment payment before he was even done, I did give it to him and technically he did finish the deck however he did what he wanted and not what I asked for, and then he never came back the amount that I paid I over paid for the deck the deck itself is maybe worth 12 grand so he made out with eight thousand of my money that I now have to track him down to take him to court. He he didn’t even have the decency to tell me anything, I found out that he wasn’t coming back because I tried to get a hold of him for three weeks and then I called him off someone else’s number and he answered and when I said who I was he hung up on me like a freaked out teenager
