Our project was small. We didn't need a new deck but over the years, water saturated into a non-pressure treated support beam rotting it nearly through from its top to bottom surface. Large construction companies turned their noses up at our request. For us it was a safety issue as the potential for that beam to fail was significant. High Prairie Construction responded to my request quickly, offered to come asses the project and provide a bit for us. Within just a few hours of his on site visit, we had a complete bid proposal, which I accepted. It was within acceptable range of my personal estimated cost. He gave recommendations to improve strength and reliability of the deck. He arranged to come out at 9:00 AM, he was on site at 8:45 AM. They built a safety deck support system, removed the rotting cross beam, installed a new one (pressure treated) and installed product improved supports. They were finished within about three hours. We now have a safe deck and with these improvements will give us many more years of service. We have a couple of more projects for him and are wiling to recommend him to our friends.
